Freedom
Salvation and Freedom have one thing in Common. They are not free. They both came with a great price. Greater Love hath no man than this than he lay down his life for his friends. Remember to be thankful this 4th both for the price that so many have paid for our Freedom and to our Lord and Savior for his precious blood that he shed for our salvation. Perhaps you think about a day off from work or getting your bike out for a ride, a nice picnics with your girl or guy, fireworks, come to mind and yes those red, white, and blue flags displayed in front yards along your neighborhood streets. This is all good, but the one word that comes to my mind is freedom . As bad as it is, it's still the best place on earth to live. and worth fighting for.
